Building Impactful and Strategic Partnerships
Leah Awiti Omil has a knack for treading the unmarked paths and leaving indelible marks and tracks for others to follow. From an early age, she made the conscious decision to seek socioeconomic independence through commitment and hard work. A true believer in the importance of education in shaping personal and professional growth, she successfully graduated with a Diploma in Business Management, certificate in Project Managaement and undergraduate degree in Business Administration from St. Paul’s University. These academic exploits ran parallel with an exponential professional growth. Juggling classes with work, Leah managed to rise from a brand ambassador to Personal Assistant and Administrator for a cabinet secretary and later founding Omil Staffing Services.
A Dream beyond Desire for Socioeconomic Independence
Driven by a desire to offer solutions to some of the challenges she faced as a jobseeker, Leah founded Omil Staffing Services in 2017 to bridge the service gap in Kenya’s HR industry through provision of bespoke and professional HR services. Over time, Leah’s visionary leadership saw the firm expand its service portfolio beyond writing high-impact, curated and optimized resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and professional profiles. Armed with experience, skills and better understanding of the market, she successfully introduced career training and coaching, mentorship and high tea events for high value women and men.
A Dream beyond Desire for Socioeconomic Independence
Over the years, Leah Awiti Omil has accumulated a wealth of knowledge while carefully studying industry trends to identify opportunities for professional growth. Bolstered by service gaps and solid career foundation, she steered Omil Staffing Services towards becoming a global through global brand with a strong operational footprint locally and internationally.
